Aimee Lindstrom

Aimee Lindstrom has a diverse and extensive work experience. Aimee currently holds the position of Vice President, EIM & Business Analytics at Lawson Products since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Sales Operations & Enablement at Lawson Products from August 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Lawson Products, Aimee worked at Elkay Manufacturing as the Director of Sales Operations & Pricing from July 2020 to August 2022. Aimee gained experience at Groupon where they held the role of Head of Sales Transformation from July 2019 to July 2020.

A significant part of Aimee's career was spent at Comcast, where they held multiple roles. Aimee served as the Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing Analytics from September 2017 to July 2020. Prior to that, they were the Sales & Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager from February 2016 to September 2017.

Earlier in their career, Aimee worked at Motorola Solutions in various positions. Aimee served as the North America Sales Operations Manager from October 2013 to February 2016, where they were responsible for overseeing sales forecasting, dashboards, sales incentive plans, and sales quota distribution. Aimee also served as the Customer Center for Solutions Integration (CCSi) - Project Manager from September 2012 to October 2013, Senior Lead Pricing & Profitability Project Manager from September 2006 to October 2012, and Senior Credit Analyst from March 2005 to September 2006.

Throughout their career, Aimee has achieved notable accomplishments such as automating sales reporting and analytics through Salesforce.com dashboard creation and streamlining overlay sales SIP/Quota distribution.
