Richard Banks

Richard Banks has extensive work experience in various finance and consulting roles. Richard is currently working as the Customer Success Operations Lead at LawVu since May 2021. Previously, they worked as a Client Director - CFO Advisory at Dexterous Group from August 2019 to October 2022. In this role, they provided CFO advisory services and oversaw the finance function of multiple clients.

Before their time at Westpac, Richard worked as a Financial Controller at Rothschild Bank Australia from January 2001 to December 2003. Richard started their career at KPMG, where they held various roles from January 1993 to October 2000.

Richard Banks has a Bachelor of Economics degree specializing in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University. Richard also holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from FINSIA. Additionally, they are a Chartered Accountant certified by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Richard also obtained additional certifications, including Scrum Master Certified from SCRUMstudy- Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in February 2018 and Connected Legal Certification - Final Certification from LawVu in December 2022.
