Conan J. Higgins, Esq. KM, LL.M, FinstLM, ACILEx, PMP, GOSE serves as President of TSI Legal Enterprises, PC since January 2012, overseeing operations of a veteran-owned business specializing in legal counsel and consulting for international clients. Additional roles include being an Official Member of Lawyers of Distinction and serving as General Counsel at Veteran Carriers, Inc. and Raven Advisory LLC, where comprehensive legal support and strategic consulting were provided. Previous positions include Chief of Staff/General Counsel at Blue Air Training, General Counsel at Black Rifle Coffee Company, and various legal roles within the US Air Force and Blackbird Technologies. Education includes a PhD in International Law and Treaty Law from EUCLID and a Juris Doctor from Concord Law School, among other credentials.
