Pramod Sanap

Pramod Sanap has a strong and diverse work experience in various HR roles. Pramod began their career as a Summer Intern at Pepsico in 2007. Pramod then joined Hindustan Unilever Limited in 2008 as an HR Executive and worked at two manufacturing sites. In 2012, they joined AkzoNobel India Limited as an Assistant Manager HR and later became the Unit HR Head for two different business units. Pramod then moved to DIAGEO India in 2015 as the Plant HR Head and HRBP for TMU cluster I, where they managed HR for three business units and over 600 employees. Currently, Pramod is working at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd. as the Senior Vice President HR & ER, leading HR for the Integrated Supply Chain organization and driving organizational transformations in people practices and policies.

Pramod Sanap earned a Master's Degree in Labour Studies with a focus on HR and IR from Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, Mumbai University, from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they also obtained a Master Degree in Labour Studies with a specialization in Human Resource and Employee Relations from Rashtriya Arts, Science & Commerce College, Chalisgaon, Mumbai University, from 2003 to 2006.
