Devin Monajem is the Global Head of B2B Marketing & Platforms at Laybuy. Devin has over eight years of experience in digital and social media strategy, with a focus on brand development, community management, and content strategy.

Devin started their career as a Content/Brand Strategist at Purpose, a social impact agency, where they worked with clients on change management and brand development. Devin then spent two years as the Social Media Manager at Ten Thousand Coffees, a social enterprise that connects young professionals with mentors in their field.

In 2015, Devin joined Pead PR as Head of Digital Engagement, where they led social media and digital strategy for clients in a variety of industries. Devin also developed an education program around all aspects of running social media for the agency.

Most recently, Devin was the Strategist, Social Lead at Proof, an award-winning creative agency, where they worked with clients on social media and digital brand strategy. Devin also created an internal team to run social media and community management for the agency.

Devin is a strategic and innovative thinker who is passionate about helping brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. Devin is currently based in London.

Devin Monajem has a MS in Organizational Change Management from The New School's Milano School, a Business degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in 2008 Political Science and Spanish Major from Dalhousie University. Devin also has certification from Chartio as a Chartio Specialist - Level 1, Coursera Verified Certificates in The Data Scientist’s Toolbox, and Google as a Digital Sales Certification and Google Analytics Individual Qualification.

Devin Monajem reports to Gary Rohloff, Co-founder & Managing Director. They work with Robyn Rohloff - Chief Brand Officer, John Gillan - General Manager, UK & Europe, and Mathew C.P Hayward - Chief Marketing Officer.
