Michael Clough

Michael Clough's work experience includes:

- Mechanical Design Engineer at LayerZero Power Systems since April 2023.

- Contract Mechanical Design Engineer at IEC Infrared Systems from September 2022 to January 2023. Michael utilized Solidworks for designing and revising enclosures and fixtures for camera systems. Michael also conducted mechanical engineering analysis to ensure the durability of payloads and enclosures. Additionally, they completed first article builds based on engineering drawings and 3D printed prototypes.

- Engineering Assistant at You First Services, Inc. in June to August 2020. Michael supported a team of senior engineers in designing sterilization devices for the medical industry and public buildings. Michael 'sresponsibilities included performing weight optimization calculations, researching suppliers for component acquisition, creating a bill of materials, and drafting a user manual and warranty.

- CAD Design Team Member at Aleron Group from June to August 2019. Michael worked as a member of an in-house CAD team, utilizing the NX 11.0 software platform. Michael modeled and updated part files for the automotive industry and collaborated with the MAHLE engineering team on new design iterations.

From 2018 to 2022, Michael Clough pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with a focus on Mechanical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University.
