Hayden Baxter

Hayden Baxter, P. Eng., has over a decade of experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations - Geo Canada at Layfield Group since April 2019. Prior to this role, Hayden held various positions at Finning (Canada) as Project Manager for Facilities & Capital Projects and has extensive experience with OEM Remanufacturing as Project Leader and Production Manager in hydraulic engineering and manufacturing. Hayden's background includes significant contributions to technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and Lean & Six Sigma initiatives across multiple roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, earned in 2010.
