Priya Patel

Priya Patel is an experienced clinical social worker with a strong background in mental health therapy, education, and program development. Currently serving as a Sessional Instructor at the University of Calgary and a Clinical Educator at CASA Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health, Priya Patel has effectively created and supervised practicum programs for MSW and BSW students. With previous roles including Mental Health Therapist and private practice therapist, Priya Patel specializes in working with children, youth, and families, addressing various mental health concerns through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Priya Patel holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary, along with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
