Josh King

Josh is Chief Financial Officer at Layne Water Midstream and is responsible for a broad array of functions including accounting, finance, planning, and corporate development. Prior to joining the company in 2019, Josh was the Vice President of finance and business development at Development Capital Resources, an Ares Management-backed company which invested over $1 billion in oil and gas-focused drilling partnerships and infrastructure. Josh has also held positions with Evercore and Credit Suisse in their energy investment banking groups and with a portfolio company of Wexford Capital. Josh received a B.A. from Pepperdine University and his M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
