Maggie Dipaolo

Vice President, People & Culture at LAZ Karp Associates, LLC

Maggie joined LAZ Parking in 2008, and currently serves as the Vice President, People + Culture leading national Human Resources operations and strategic initiatives for the entire People + Culture team.

Maggie has had the opportunity to gain valuable experience with the existing and new employee bases that were acquired in several high-profile and complex transitions, mergers and acquisitions. She has contributed to the entrance in key markets across the U.S. Maggie has a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Communications from Elmhurst University and is a certified PHR and SHRM-CP. Maggie also has sat on the Advisory Board for Women in Parking, the National Parking Association’s strategic partner promoting the development of women leaders. She co-chairs LAZ Parking’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and is dedicated to the work to advance minority leaders within the organization. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club of Chicago who works to support school-aged children of the city by providing after school activities and sports as well as serves on several committees for the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Foundation’s programs.
