Abhijit Rao

Abhijit Rao is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Vice President & Head of People & Culture at Keka HR since July 2025. Previously, Abhijit held the position of Global Head of People at actyv.ai from December 2022 to June 2025. Abhijit was also a Sloan's Fellow in Leadership & Strategy at London Business School from January 2022 to March 2023. As the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Anthropos Consulting LLP from June 2021 to December 2022, Abhijit focused on providing HR consulting services to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and start-ups. Prior to that, Abhijit was the Vice President & Head of People for APAC at UiPath, leading HR for multiple countries across the region from September 2018 to April 2021. Abhijit holds an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Production from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
