Wendy Taylor Wampler

Wendy Taylor Wampler joined LAZ Parking in April 2023 as Vice President, Learning and Talent Development. As a member of the People + Culture team, Wendy leads strategic learning and talent management initiatives across the employee lifecycle. She cares deeply about the user experience, with a focus on delivering experiences that feel connected and foster growth.

Wendy brings 20 years of experience in the leadership and talent management spaces with a background that spans disciplines: leadership development, learning and development, performance management, coaching, succession planning, teaching, program management, adult education, curriculum design, and training. Prior to joining Laz, she was in tech overseeing leadership development at Indeed.com. She has also worked in the nonprofit, government, and both the public and private education sectors.
