Jim Tan

Jim Tan is a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst at Lazada since December 2022, bringing extensive experience in data analysis and strategic insights. Previously, Jim worked as a Data Analyst Intern focused on regional fraud at Shopee, where effective fraud prevention strategies were developed through statistical analysis. As a Management Associate at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Jim engaged in talent development and managed data-driven projects to improve hospital operations. Early career experiences include internships at Nestlé, Infineon Technologies, and International Enterprise Singapore, where skills in procurement, supply chain analysis, and research were honed. Jim holds a Master's degree in IT in Business (Analytics) and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Operations Management from Singapore Management University.
