Kanin Somboonpokakarn has extensive experience in customer care product operations, currently serving as VP of Customer Care Product Operation at Lazada since February 2018. Previously, as Customer Care - AI and Technology Management Lead, Kanin led a team in Thailand, focusing on product development and translating customer insights into actionable improvements. Additionally, Kanin has experience as a Customer Care Project Manager, enhancing service delivery through project management. Earlier in career, Kanin worked as a Warehouse Development Engineer at Scg Logistics LLC, where responsibilities included analyzing and designing efficient warehouse processes. Kanin holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
