Nanlapat Beau Santisutham

Nanlapat Beau Santisutham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Lazada since May 2022, Nanlapat has previously held significant roles at Learn Corporation, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer from September 2018 to April 2022. At PTT Group from June 2014 to August 2018, responsibilities included managing the Strategy and Transformation Division and leading venture capital initiatives. Nanlapat’s early career also involved project and country retail management, significantly scaling up the Cafe Amazon brand in Cambodia. Educational achievements include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Thammasat University.
