Mark Castellana

Mark Castellana is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in project and business systems development, primarily serving the Food, Beverage, and Convenience Store Industry. Since 2002, Castellana has held the position of President at Accedo, Inc. In addition, Castellana serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Simply Good Jars since March 2019, following a progression from Food-X Mentor to Advisor. Castellana also contributes as a Mentor at Food-X, a Food Innovation Accelerator, and as an Advisor for the Lazlo program. Earlier career highlights include founding NG2, Inc. in 1985 and serving as President until 2002, along with a role as Project Manager at Murdock Engineering. Castellana holds a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
