Lara Babic

Lara Babic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Lara began their career as a Labor Relations Assistant at Kraft Foods in 2007 and later became a Legal Affairs Analyst Jr. In 2012, they moved to Natura and took on various roles including Internal Communication Analyst and HR Business Partner Latin America Coordinator. Lara then joined Natura &Co as an Employee Experience, Culture, and Employer Branding Coordinator. In 2022, Lara joined Lazo and CFOstartup as the Head of People. These experiences have equipped their with valuable skills in talent acquisition, internal communication, employer branding, and HR business partnership.

Lara Babic completed their education with a degree in Human Resources from Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21', which they received in 2019. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a degree in Fashion Design at ABM.
