Previously, Sonja held the position of Sr. Compensation Analyst at Ten-X (formerly Auction.com) and worked as a Compensation Analyst at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. In addition to corporate roles, Sonja has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of Always Best Care of South Orange County and as the CEO of a household enterprise.
