Jamie Joyce O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1996, O'Neill worked at UPMC as a Financial Analyst before transitioning to roles such as Recruiter and Compensation Analyst. In 2000, O'Neill joined Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Compensation Analyst before moving on to Equitable Resources in 2001, where they served as a Sr. Compensation Analyst. O'Neill then worked at Respironics as a Sr. Compensation Analyst from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they joined 84 Lumber Company as Manager of Compensation before eventually joining L.B. Foster Company in 2006 as Mgr, Compensation and HR Systems. O'Neill steadily climbed the ladder at L.B. Foster Company, serving as Director of Human Resources and ultimately becoming the VP of Human Resources in August 2020.
Jamie Joyce O'Neill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University in 1995. In 1998, they completed their Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Prior to their higher education, they attended Seton La Salle High School.
