Jon Kondo

Jon Kondo is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Property Accounting Manager at LBA Realty since October 2021, Jon has previously held senior accounting positions at Goodman and Griffin Residential, where responsibilities included managing cash receipts and month-end close entries, as well as performing variance analysis and job cost reports. Jon's career began at BCH Consulting Inc. and included a role as Accounting Specialist for the City of Costa Mesa. Jon holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC Irvine.
