Phat Vuthea

Phat Vuthea is an experienced Site Engineer currently employed at LBL INTERNATIONAL since June 2020, having also held the same position from January 2020 to April 2020 with the same company. Prior to this, Phat Vuthea worked as a Surveyor at Koh Pich Construction Company from June 2019 to December 2019. Phat Vuthea earned a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Norton University, where studies were completed between November 2016 and April 2021, and graduated from Toul Svay Prey High School.
