Jeff Niedenthal

Jeff Niedenthal has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on credit unions. Jeff currently holds the position of SVP Member Services at LBS Financial Credit Union since March 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Kinecta Federal Credit Union for over 17 years, starting in 1998. During their time at Kinecta, Jeff held various roles including Vice President, Deposits & Card Operations, where they led a team of 30+ members and was responsible for operational member service and support related to ATMs, deposits, and card products/services. Jeff also served as the Director of Account Services & Bank Secrecy Act, overseeing the BSA program for both the credit union and Nix Check Cashing. Additionally, they held the position of Manager, Risk Management, where they established policies and procedures to mitigate risk exposure in various areas. Jeff's earlier experience includes the role of Supervisor, Document & Workflow, where they implemented an Electronic Document Management System and reduced labor costs through technology and streamlined processes. Overall, Jeff has demonstrated leadership and expertise in various areas of financial services throughout their career.

Jeff Niedenthal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cal State Dominguez Hills. Jeff attended the university from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their degree, Jeff obtained several certifications. Jeff became a Six Sigma Green Belt through Motorola University in April 2006 and obtained the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification from ACAMS in July 2009.
