Nick Gouvouniotis

Nick Gouvouniotis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nick began their career as the Vice President of Charter Sales at JETS.COM from December 2011 to September 2013. Nick then worked as a Senior Sales/Leasing Consultant at Brad Benson Hyundai NJ from October 2013 to July 2015, and later as a Sales Manager at Action Hyundai & Mazda from July 2015 to October 2015.

Subsequently, Nick joined Aerotek as a Recruiter and later as an Account Manager from April 2016 to June 2018. Nick specialized in full-cycle recruiting and business development in the light industrial and skilled trades sectors. From June 2018 to June 2020, they served as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and an Executive Recruiter at Forrest Solutions, a rapidly growing onsite outsourcing company.

In 2021, Nick worked as an Account Manager (Business Development) at Actalent from June to October, where they supported critical engineering and sciences initiatives. Nick then joined Forrest Solutions as the Senior National Recruitment Manager from October 2021 to February 2023. Finally, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Talent Acquisition Manager at Yellow Bus ABA from February 2023 to June 2023, where they focused on long-term planning and developing effective talent acquisition strategies for the organization.

Currently, Nick is working at LBU Inc. as the Human Resources Coordinator - Lead Recruiter, starting in October 2023.

Nick Gouvouniotis holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they completed between 2002 and 2005. Nick later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Development from Seton Hall University, starting in 2011.
