Lillian D. Etzkorn

Lillian Etzkorn has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Lillian currently holds the position of EVP & Chief Financial Officer at Lippert. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Matthews International. Lillian also has a significant background in the automotive, mining, high-tech, packaging, and memorialization industries, where they held various positions including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, and Board Member.

Some of Lillian's notable roles include being the Chief Financial Officer at Covia, where they oversaw finance functions and implemented best practices. Lillian also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Shiloh Industries, leading global financial operations and driving change management. At CPI Card Group, Lillian was the Chief Financial Officer and worked closely with the CEO to develop strategic direction and drive profitable growth.

Earlier in their career, Lillian held positions at Dana Incorporated and Ford Motor Company. At Dana Incorporated, they were the Vice President of Treasurer, responsible for global treasury operations and overseeing investor relations. During their time at Ford Motor Company, Lillian served as a Controller, Director of Investor Relations, Director of Corporate Finance, and held various financial analyst roles.

Throughout their career, Lillian has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, team leadership, and business transformation.

Lillian Etzkorn has a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Michigan. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
