Camelia Alecu-Ioan

Camelia Alecu-Ioan possesses extensive experience in retail management and training, currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist and previously as a Retail Store Manager at LC Waikiki since November 2009. Key responsibilities include workforce scheduling, maximizing store productivity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards in line with corporate guidelines. Prior to LC Waikiki, Camelia was the Owner of PREMIER AGENCY CO, overseeing supplier and customer identification, sales operations, and administrative duties from October 2006 to November 2009. Earlier experience includes serving as Retail Manager at CORA, where responsibilities involved store openings, supplier negotiations, pricing strategies, and team management. Camelia holds a Licentiate degree in Commerce from the Academia de Studii Economice din București, obtained in 2003.
