Jane Groom

Jane Groom is a Partner and Co-Managing Director at the London Communications Agency (LCA), where they focus on regeneration, housing, and property development. They joined LCA in November 2006 as a Board Director after serving as Director of Communications at the Department for Communities and Local Government. With over 16 years of experience in Whitehall departments, Jane has held key roles including Deputy Director of Communications at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Head of Communications at the Golden Jubilee Office, contributing to significant government strategies and events. Jane holds a BA in English and Sociology from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Public Relations and Communications Association.
