Lauren Flynn

Lauren Flynn has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in 2011 before transitioning to roles such as Team Coordinator at Rockingham VNA & Hospice in 2014 and Business Office Manager at Compassus in 2016. Lauren then served as the Business Office Director at The Residence at Silver Square from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Human Resources Director at LCB Senior Living, LLC, where they were promoted from the role of Senior Regional Human Resources Director in 2024.

Lauren Flynn pursued Pre-Nursing Studies at Great Bay Community College from 2011 to 2012. Lauren later completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Southern New Hampshire University from 2018 to 2021.
