Caroline Downer

Caroline Downer is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and strategic communications. Currently serving as a Senior System Communications Specialist at LCMC Health since June 2023, Caroline has previously held roles such as Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive at The Ramey Agency from July 2020 to June 2023. Prior freelance work included public relations, influencer marketing, and copywriting projects. Caroline also led the New Orleans office for Foxglove Communications and worked at Zehnder Communications, where efforts garnered multiple awards from the Public Relations Society of America.
