Cathy Skinkis

Cathy Skinkis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2012, they joined HSHS Eastern WI Division & Prevea Health as the Director of Implementation Services, where they remained until 2020. During this time, they also took on the role of Director of Support and Process at Hospital Sisters Health System from September 2012 to August 2020. In 2020, Cathy Skinkis began working at LCMC Health, holding the positions of Project Manager from November 2020 to February 2021, and IT Director - Business Process from February 2021 to the present.

Cathy Skinkis has a diverse education history. Cathy completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in 2007. Additionally, Cathy holds an Associate's degree in Surgical Technology/Technologist from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, which they completed in 1986.

In terms of certifications, Cathy has obtained several credentials to enhance their skill set. Some of their notable certifications include the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification awarded by the Project Management Institute in October 2021. Cathy also completed various courses on agile project management, ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look, and ServiceNow: Basic Administration, all obtained from LinkedIn. These certifications provide Cathy with a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
