Erika Buck

Erika Buck, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Portfolio Manager at LCMC Health, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of eight in full-cycle recruitment activities, enhancing talent acquisition processes, and driving recruitment strategies to improve candidate attraction and efficiencies. Previously, Erika held the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition at East Jefferson General Hospital for nearly 27 years, managing staffing operations and leading recruitment efforts, as well as serving as an Employment Specialist focusing on the recruitment and selection of qualified candidates. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of New Orleans and completed education at St. Mary's Academy.
