Kevin Sullivan

Kevin Sullivan, M.A. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kevin is currently employed as a Human Resources Assistant at LCMC Health, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at SkillSource Learning Partners as a Talent Coordinator/Level 2 Rater for Amazon from August 2022.

Kevin also has experience at AROS Consulting, where they held multiple roles. As a Project Manager from March 2021 to November 2022, they were involved in various activities such as conducting external evaluations of NSF grants, managing teams, coordinating with project investigators, and analyzing and presenting project findings. Kevin also developed and administered university climate surveys, conducted interviews and focus groups, and managed an interview training program.

Kevin Sullivan, M.A. obtained their Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Louisiana State University from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, they participated in the UNO-Innsbruck International Summer School. Kevin completed their high school education at the Jesuit High School of New Orleans from 2012 to 2016.

Furthermore, Kevin Sullivan has obtained additional certifications. In August 2020, they obtained the Trust Sponsored Professional Liability Insurance from The Trust. In September 2019, they became a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
