Lesli Duplechain

Lesli Duplechain has a diverse work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Lesli is currently working as the Manager of Supply & Logistics at LCMC Health since September 2022. Before that, they worked as a Distribution Supervisor at New Orleans East Hospital from December 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Lesli served as the Director of Food and Beverage at AC Hotels from November 2014 to June 2020. In this role, they successfully managed the opening of the first AC Hotel in North America, led a team of 20 employees, and achieved impressive results such as reducing food cost by 35% within 6 months. Lesli also had experience as a Bar Manager at La Provence Restaurant in 2014 and as an Operations Manager at Le Bon Temps Bar and Grill from 2013 to 2014. Starting their career with Al Copeland Investments, Lesli held various positions and ultimately became a Restaurant Manager, responsible for overseeing bar and restaurant operations.
