M. Griselda S. has a diverse work experience with a focus in healthcare. M. Griselda is currently working as the Clinical Director of Diversity, Disparities, and Health Equity at LCMC Health starting in December 2022. Before that, they were a Performance Improvement Analyst at University Medical Center New Orleans from November 2018 to December 2022. M. Griselda also worked as a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy at Tulane Medical Center from June 2016 to November 2018. Prior to that, they held two roles at Ochsner Health System, first as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist from March 2015 to June 2016, and then as a Clinical Manager - Employee Health from January 2012 to March 2015. M. Griselda worked as a Legal Nurse Consultant for an Independent Contractor from May 2011 to December 2011. M. Griselda was a Clinical Manager at Take Care Health Systems from November 2008 to April 2011. Before that, they worked as a Registered Nurse at Ochsner Clinic Foundation from June 2007 to November 2008. M. Griselda also worked as a Registered Nurse at Tenet Healthcare from September 2003 to June 2006, and at West Jefferson Medical Center from June 2001 to November 2003. Their earliest work experience was as a Registered Nurse at Baptist Memorial Hospital from June 1998 to April 2001.

M. Griselda S. has pursued their education in the field of nursing. In 1993, they enrolled in Mississippi University for Women and completed their Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree in 1995. After a substantial gap, they resumed their education in 2021 at Western Governors University, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing. Additionally, they are expected to complete a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the same university by 2023.

In addition to their formal education, M. Griselda S. has obtained various certifications. These certifications include "AMNH- Genetics, Genomics, and Genethics" from AMNH, "Certified Emergency Nurse," "IHI Certification" from the IHI, "OSHA 10 Hour Training: Construction" from OSHA, "PALS, TNCC, ENCARE, BLS, ACLS," and "Project Management." M. Griselda is also a Registered Nurse certified by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
