Madison Badeaux

Madison Badeaux has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Madison started their career as a Radiologic Tech Assistant at Our Lady of the Lake in 2014, and later transitioned into a Radiology Technologist and then a Special Imaging Technologist, specializing in MRI. During their time at Our Lady of the Lake, they played a significant role in opening the Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital and served as the lead MRI technologist there.

In 2017, Madison worked as a Special Imaging Technologist at Pennington Biomedical Research Center for a brief period. Madison then joined Lake After Hours Urgent Care as a Radiologic Technologist from 2018 to 2020.

In 2018, Madison began working part-time at The NeuroMedical Center Clinic as an MRI technologist before transitioning to a full-time role in 2020. Madison had experience using Philips 1.5T and Philips 3T machines during their time at the clinic.

In 2021, Madison joined Baton Rouge General Medical Center as a Clinical Informatics Analyst II, providing operational support for various clinical applications in the radiology department. Madison'sresponsibilities included upgrading applications, setting up VM's with outside facilities, and troubleshooting issues. Madison worked closely with a diverse customer base of clinical/support staff, management, and physicians, acting as the link between clinical practice and technology for improving patient care.

Most recently, Madison is employed at LCMC Health as an Epic Radiant Systems Analyst starting in 2023.

Madison Badeaux completed their Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University from 2012 to 2015. Afterward, they went on to Northwestern State University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, Madison obtained their certification as an R.T. (R)(MR) from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in May 2015.
