Andrew LeBlanc, MHA has over 16 years of work experience. Andrew is currently an Assistant Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis at LCMC Health since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Children's Hospital New Orleans as a Senior Director - Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Director - Physician Services from October 2018 to March 2021. Andrew also worked at Texas Children's Hospital in various roles including Director - Clinical Business Operations & Ambulatory Services, Assistant Director - Corporate Financial Planning, Manager - Corporate Financial Planning, and Senior Financial Analyst - Department of Nursing from February 2014 to October 2018. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Altarum from August 2008 to January 2014 and as a Commercial Lending Officer at Bank of New Orleans from June 2005 to August 2008.

Andrew LeBlanc, MHA completed their Master of Health Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Texas A&M Health Science Center School of Public Health, during the period from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Louisiana State University in 2004. Additionally, Andrew holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, which was obtained in April 2013.
