Racr Lesley Cusimano

Lesley Cusimano, RACR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2009, Lesley worked as a Co-Manager/Server at Brady's Restaurant until 2015. After that, Lesley joined St. Tammany Parish Hospital, where they initially served as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant from November 2015 to August 2018. Following that, Lesley transitioned into the role of a Recruiter, and they stayed in this position until November 2021. Lesley then moved on to LCMC Health, where they currently hold the role of a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. In this position, Lesley is responsible for managing full cycle and high-volume recruiting for Revenue Cycle positions, ensuring candidate preparedness for orientation sessions/start dates, maintaining client and candidate relationships, and collaborating with various teams to meet hiring needs.

Lesley Cusimano, RACR, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in HR from Southeastern Louisiana University. Lesley also holds the certification of Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) from Recruiter Academy, which was obtained in February 2022.
