Ryan J Hildebrand has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Ryan J started their career in 2007 as a Sales Intern at Franklin Templeton Investments. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Paraplanner at Transamerica Financial Advisors. Following this, they served as a Registered Representative at Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, Ryan joined Ochsner Health System as a Finance Intern specializing in Decision Support. In 2016, they worked as an Administrative Resident at University Medical Center New Orleans. Ryan then moved to Children's Hospital New Orleans, where they served as a Labor Productivity / Strategic Planning Analyst from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at LCMC Health, where they initially held the position of Director of Hospital Operations from 2020 to 2021 and is now working as an Innovation Administrator.

Later, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Data Analytics from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business. Additionally, they also pursued a Master of Health Administration degree from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine from 2015 to 2017.
