Jeremy Francis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeremy began their career at Fidelity State Bank and Trust Company in 1996, where they worked in the bookkeeping department, assisting with office support and maintaining customer accounts. In 1999, Jeremy became the Human Resources Director, implementing a training program and successfully reducing employee turnover. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Vice President / Information Technology Security Officer, creating a comprehensive information security program and establishing IT policies for the company. In 2011, they joined the Kansas Bankers Association as a Technology Committee Member. In 2014, Jeremy began working at The LCMS Foundation, initially as a Technology Manager, responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure. Jeremy then progressed to the role of Director of Information Technology in 2016, overseeing software application development, technology planning, and data communication and retention.
Jeremy Francis attended the Graduate School of Banking in 2011, where they focused on Bank Technology Management School. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Friends University between 2006 and 2008. Their undergraduate studies also took place at Friends University from 2004 to 2006, resulting in a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Leadership.
