Madhava Utagikar

Madhava Utagikar, CISSP, currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Resilience and Technology at LCRA, where responsibilities include leading operations in cybersecurity, information technology, risk management, safety, public safety, insurance, and business continuity. With a strong background in cybersecurity leadership, including roles as CISO and SVP of Resilience, Madhava has significantly contributed to enhancing cybersecurity culture and operational resilience across LCRA's critical infrastructure. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Luminant, EPRI, Portland General Electric, Open Systems International Inc., Invensys, and Rechner Automation Systems PVT LTD, with a focus on real-time operations, electric information security, and project management. Madhava holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from Gulbarga University.
