LCS Constructors, a technical construction firm in Irvine, California, is hiring a Senior Preconstruction Manager to join our team. The role involves working closely with the Construction, Self-Perform Group, and Business Development teams to meet corporate and strategic targets. The Sr. Preconstruction Manager will manage design-build and preconstruction activities, coordinate design activities with Architectural/Engineering teams and trade partners, evaluate costs, and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate will possess robust skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and process systems in high-performing environments (labs and tech spaces) and an understanding of integrated planning, design/programming, and constructability reviews. The Sr. Preconstruction Manager will use conceptual estimating, scheduling, value analysis, and budgeting.

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preconstruction management utilizing Design-Build project delivery
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Process Engineering
• Demonstrated track record of engaging clients effectively, building solid relationships, and understanding their needs
• Possess a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the design processes and construction life cycle.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree or equal experience in Construction Management or related field
• Experience with Labs, Cleanrooms, and technical spaces preferred
