Francisca Manning

Francisca Manning is the current Director of Human Resources at LCS Facility Group. Francisca previously worked as the Human Resources Manager at Brooklyn Bottling of Milton NY from January 2018 to July 2021. There, they provided guidance in the functional areas of Human resources, recruitment, coaching and employee development. Additionally, they were actively involved with partnering with the local union and leading safety and training initiatives.

They are on a team with Efrain Herrera - Regional Director, California Operations, Brian Bundy - Manager, Corporate Training, and Claudia DiCapua - Financial Controller. Their manager is Daniel Lepore, President.
