Jennifer Melnyk

Jennifer Melnyk has extensive work experience in the healthcare and senior living industries. Jennifer currently holds the role of Director of Post-Acute Regulatory Strategy at LCS since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Signify Health as the Executive Operations Lead from June 2020 to September 2022. Jennifer also held the position of Regional Operations Lead from February 2021 to June 2022 and Regional Post-Acute Network Operations Supervisor from March 2020 to February 2021 at Signify Health.

Before joining Signify Health, Jennifer was the Healthcare Administrator at Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay & Senior Options, LLC from December 2017 to March 2020. Jennifer served as the Executive Director at Kisco Senior Living from April 2016 to December 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director II at Consulate Health Care from May 2011 to April 2016.

Jennifer's career began at Our Lady of Perpetual Help as the Director of Marketing and Admissions from August 2010 to May 2011. Jennifer also worked as a Regional Account Representative at American Mobile Imaging from February 2008 to February 2010. Additionally, they served as an Executive Director at Consulate Health Care from September 2005 to January 2008.

Jennifer Melnyk earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Old Dominion University in 2005. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Longwood University, expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the Virginia Board of Long Term Care Administrators, obtained in 2007.
