Sarah Elizabeth O'Keefe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner at LCS since June 2022, Sarah supports various communities across multiple states in developing effective talent acquisition strategies. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Human Resources Recruiter for Sagewood and held leadership positions, including Director of Community Engagement at Foothills Animal Rescue and Executive Hospitality Recruiter at Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. Additionally, Sarah has a strong background in retail management, having held roles at Athleta and Gap, where responsibilities included staff training, development, and operational leadership. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from La Roche University.
