Qing is a Founder and CEO of 20Twenty Holdings Limited, a company dedicated to developing health-tech innovations for unmet medical needs. Qing supports LDV Partners as a part-time venture partner. Prior to founding 20Twenty, Qing was Vice President at 3E BioVentures, a healthcare venture capital fund based in Boston and Beijing. Qing spent significant time in both the US and Asia, focusing on early-growth stage investment in biotech, MedTech, and digital healthcare. Portfolio companies include Apexigen, Twist Biosciences, Ansun Pharmaceutical, Giant CRO, and N.B. Quadriga, a joint venture drug development company. Before joining 3E, Qing was responsible for health-tech investments at GSR Ventures. Portfolio companies include Deep6 AI, One Medical Imaging, and Kinsahealth.

Prior to entering the venture industry, Qing served as a physician at the National Cancer Center of China and Singapore General Hospital. She was Co-Founder and Medical Director for Ebeecare, a home-based nursing startup based in Singapore, tackling Asian aging problems.

Qing received her M.D. from Peking Union Medical College of Tsinghua University (Beijing), and is an MBA candidate at Columbia University (New York). Trained in oncology research at Broad Institute/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (Boston). Mentor for Chinese University Hong Kong (Shenzhen), Alchemist Incubator (Bay Area), and Consultant for Johnson & Johnson Labs (Shanghai).
