Tomi Dzelalija has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Director of Banquets and Maitre d’ Hotel at Le Bernardin since 2004. Prior to this role, Tomi worked as a Captain Server at Restaurant Associates, overseeing a private dining room for members and executive staff at the Metropolitan Museum of Art from 2003 to May 2004. Tomi began the career journey as a Hotel Management Trainee at Maritim Hotel Köln from 1999 to 2002, following education at Berufskolleg Köln Hotelfach during the same period.
