Christophe Huet

Christophe Huet is an experienced franchise operator with a diverse background in the hospitality and restaurant industries. Presently serving as the franchisé for TOASUSHI in Rennes Grand-Quartier since July 2022, Christophe also operates Columbus Café starting from October 2019 and has been involved with Le Comptoir de Mathilde since May 2015. Previous experience includes a long tenure as franchisé at Happy Fleurs from May 2008 to September 2018 and La Mie Câline from January 1999 to May 2014. Earlier in career, Christophe worked as an assistant de direction at Accor from January 1992 to March 1998. Educational qualifications include a mention complementaire in assistant de direction from Lycée Hotelier le Paraclet Quimper and a baccalauréat professionnel in restauration from Lycée Hotelier Notre Dame Saint Meen le Grand.
