Gabriel Viau

Gabriel Viau is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a sous-chef at Restos Plaisirs since October 2022. Prior to this role, Gabriel held the position of lead cook at Les Trois Garçons for a short duration in 2022. Gabriel's culinary career began at McDonald's in 2015, progressing through various roles including cuisiner at Pub du Parvis, JAJA Pizzeria, and ultimately advancing to lead cook. Gabriel holds a DEC in 3D Animation and Image Synthesis from College Bart, completed in 2019.
