Mathieu Drolet-Valiquette

Mathieu Drolet-Valiquette is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef de parti at La Bête bar Steakhouse since August 2023. Previously, Mathieu held the position of Sous-chef de cuisine at Restos Plaisirs since May 2021, contributing to the restaurant concept Madame Chose. Mathieu's career includes a role as Sous-chef de cuisine at La Ninkasi du Faubourg from June 2020 to April 2021 and as Cuisinier at both Restos Plaisirs from December 2019 to March 2020 and Restaurant Le Saint-Amour from July 2017 to November 2019. Early in the culinary journey, Mathieu worked as Aide-cuisinier at La Voie Maltée from August 2016 to June 2017. Mathieu holds a Diplôme d'études professionnel in Cuisine et arts culinaires apparentés from École Hôtelière de la capitale, completed in July 2017.
