Pascaline Oddo is a skilled pâtissière with extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Cheffe pâtissière at Restos Plaisirs since December 2021, after previously holding roles such as Sous-chef. Pascaline's experience includes roles as Responsable de production at Fendel et Lilo and Chef pâtissier at Restaurant Les Freres De La Cote, where responsibilities encompassed creating dessert menus, managing inventories, and developing technical sheets.
