Sheneka Balogun

Sheneka Balogun, Ed.D, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Women's Foundation for a Greater Memphis, where significant advancements include the implementation of a secure Virtual Private Network and automation of the benefits enrollment process. Previously, Sheneka held various leadership roles, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff at LeMoyne-Owen College, where strategic planning and high-priority project oversight were key responsibilities. Experience also encompasses roles at Epicenter Memphis, Shelby County Government, and the Greater Memphis Alliance for a Competitive Workforce, focusing on project performance, quality management, and federal grant management. Sheneka's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Johns Hopkins University, alongside an MBA and various specialized credentials in business and higher education management.
